Karine Bodin, Les ateliers Bien-être de Karine - Massages, sophrologie, tambour, bioénergie à Chauvigny

I have performed several treatments with Karine in recent years (massages, sophrology, drumming and bioenergy). Prepared in advance in order to be as close as possible to our needs, each session is personalized for a high quality result. Karine is very welcoming and attentive. The effects felt have always been very positive. I recommend it to you without hesitation. Many thanks Karine and see you soon

I highly recommend it. After relieving my own back pain, I asked Karine if she would take in one of our little goats abandoned by her mother, whom we had taken home. She couldn't put her left leg down. With great gentleness, a few manipulations, and a few other techniques of which she has the secret, Karine worked miracles. We are delighted to see this little goat running like the others today, without any limping. Thank you, Karine...

A relaxing gift that did me a world of good. I appreciated this quiet place in the countryside, far from the stress of the city. I loved the vibrations of the Tibetan bowl and the soft, relaxing music that Karine chose. My body was ready and fully available to welcome the well-being massage; and my Being was very comfortable because I dozed off under Karine's expert hands. I thank the friend who offered me this moment, just for me and of course Karine, for her gentleness, her soothing voice, her empathy and her magical hands. I discovered it, I loved it, so I will come back. Thank you Karine.

I've encountered about ten massage practitioners throughout France (Ayurveda, Californian, Shiatsu, Reiki, various energy therapies, etc.) and Karine is the best experience I've had. The Shanzu Kansa head, face, and shoulder massage had a beneficial effect on me for several days. Not only did it provide deep physical relaxation, but it also provided a powerful mental and emotional release. I'll be back and highly recommend Karine's Wellness Workshops. Thank you so much for your gentleness and sincere kindness.

While passing through Paizay-le-Sec, my sister and I were able to enjoy a massage given by Karine. A great moment of relaxation and well-being, you can call on Karine without any problem. Thank you for her professionalism, her gentleness, her listening, her kindness.

Very discreet and pleasant person with golden hands. A relaxing moment guaranteed. I recommend it. Thank you very much, Karine.

Feel confident and relaxed in Karine's expert hands for a relaxing massage. Generous and caring, I let myself drift into a state of well-being, forgetting all the tension in my body for a moment. Thank you.

I thank Karine for her initiation to my first Reiki level. It was a sensitive and beautiful meeting filled with respectful sharing like Karine and her good care. 🙏

I must admit I was skeptical, but after a session with Karine, I was very pleasantly surprised by the results. You let yourself be completely carried away. I found calm, peace, and serenity. Thank you again, Karine.

Karine met my expectations with attentiveness and kindness. Suffering from back pain, she was able to ease my tension in one session. I highly recommend this person.

In July 2016, I underwent major surgery at the Villejuif Regional Hospital (IGR) (sarcoma = cancer). Before this surgery, Ms. Karine Bodin, as a sophrologist, intervened numerous times, up until the day before the procedure. I approached the operation in a very good mood: calm and relaxed, as the oncologist noted. Then, I also received facial treatments, which did me a world of good. They were very welcome moments of well-being. I highly recommend Ms. Karine Bodin as a true professional for her skill, experience, and gentleness.

Karine was recommended to me for an energy massage and I had a great time, she is a gentle and attentive person. I recommend!
